FinWatchCloud^® provides proactive audit and compliance reporting for your business applications. Our XR Analytics engine imports your application backup files and directly connects and monitors your server and cloud environment.  Changes are automatically detected in your application and operating environment with each user determining what changes or issues that they would like to be alerted to. 

You can drilldown to see the current state or what has changed and enter commentary if required.

Monitor all aspects of your application internals as well as the critical operating functions such as backups, scheduled tasks, data loads or changes in security. View reports on your environment for current or past state.

FinWatchCloud^® also includes direct connections to Oracle EPM Cloud and Hyperion On Premise applications (hosted in your data center or in the cloud) including standard report definitions for changes in forms, reports, calcs, dimensions, FDMEE mappings, rules, security, patches, versions, native users, groups and anything else that you wish to monitor. 

Report definitions are fully customizable through dashboard metrics and report level scripts.

Windows standard report scripts include disk space, server configuration info, local users, file shares, remote access, password policy, backups, patches and scheduled tasks.

We also provide standard scripts for Microsoft SQL Server monitoring as well as standard functions for Amazon Web Services.

FinWatchCloud^® provides formatted, customized reports through on-demand, scheduled and alert based reporting. Reports can be customized into extensive report books for internal and external review and delivered via the web interface or through email.

Applications are monitored daily for changes with customer defined alerts and required acknowledgements. Change Management Reports and Audit Reporting provide historical detail on all application changes and their acknowledgements. Alerts are provided in the dashboard with optional email notifications.

Your company administrator manages the FinWatchCloud^® environment and provides access to auditor level users within your organization. Your Administrator is able to configure the environment as well as customize report modules and develop new scripts or metrics as required. Auditor users are able build their own reports and dashboards.

FinWatchCloud^® works with all of the Oracle EPM Cloud applications as well as the Oracle Hyperion on premise apps. It is available at three subscription levels starting with a free fully working Freemium version.
