FinWatchCloud proactively monitors cloud applications for audit and compliance purposes. By simply logging into their Oracle EPM Cloud application from FinWatchCloud, users can select their backup file and the time of day that they wish to analyze the application and FWC does all the work.

FinWatchCloud alerts users to any change including modifications to business logic, forms, rules, calcs, reports, dimensions, data load mappings and user security. Alerts can be configured to require user acknowledgement and commentary on specific alerts, or the user can simply be made aware of changes as they occur. Audit reports provide historical reporting on changes, acknowledgements, and commentary.
Users are also able to design and produce reports on application and system configuration and maintain static copies in the report repository. Reports may be viewed online or received via email and generated on an ad hoc or scheduled basis.
For on premise applications, the system provides monitoring of Windows server, database and cloud security, file system usage, scheduled tasks, error logs, backups and user access among many other prebuilt reports. With the ability to deploy custom developed reporting scripts, anything can be reported on and monitored for changes or compliance violations.
FinWatchCloud automates and greatly reduces the time required to report on compliance with internal finance and IT controls while also providing much more information with real time reporting and alerts for proactive monitoring.
